T he Ati-Atihan Festival in Kalibo, dubbed as the “Mother of all Philippine Festivals” is held every third Sunday of January honoring the Santo Niño (Infant Jesus). The colorful festivity is celebrated with merriment accompanied with music, tribal dance, food, and lively costumes.
