The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) will implement a rationalization program for the four NAIA (MNL) terminals to maximize usage and improve air traffic.
Under the program that could take effect on August 31, Terminals 1 and 3 will be used exclusively for international flights while Terminals 2 and 4 for domestic flights.
